A trauma-inform trained massage therapist that specializes in treating the lymphatic system and postural distortions that contribute to chronic pain. Sessions focus on relaxing the nervous system, easing inflammation, and creating a positive connection between mind and body.
Jerry Rauth, Licensed Massage Therapist
Specializing in myofascial release and trigger point therapy. Treatments focus on treating the body as a whole with the kinetic chain in mind. Sessions focus on reducing symptoms of chronic pain, headaches, migraines, sciatic pain, plantar fasciitis, limited ROM issue, and other musculoskeletal ailments.
Why Massage Therapy?
Stress is one of the biggest challenges in our modern society, contributing to countless diseases and ailments our bodies can experience. When we are constantly exposed to cortisol (the stress hormone), our immune systems begin to wear down, our mental capacity to function from day to day decreases, and quality of life is reduced. Massage therapy is a means to reduce the stress in your life, find a positive mind-body connection, ease symptoms of anxiety, improve mobility, and so much more. Our practice focuses on the fact that once we relax, our bodies begin to heal. We also understand that not one body is like the next. With this in mind, our therapists are trained in multiple modalities to offer the most well-rounded massage therapy experience.
